I have done many personal projects in my lifetime, both residential and commercial, and CDC by far, is the most professional, and detailed oriented contracting firm I have used. Their work is excellent, they are honest and straightforward in their dealings with their client. Fairly and properly managing expectations, providing significant detail on all aspects of the project, and delivering a superior product is not something you generally find with contractors.
